Chocolate Wine Trail 2010

DATE: February 20 & 21, 2010

TIME: Wine & Chocolate Food Pairing at Stone Hill and all other wineries: Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

WHAT: Travel to six local wineries tasting chocoate or chocolate creations paired with wine. Visit any or all wineries, and you are entered in a drawing for a chance to win $180 in winery gift certificates and a one-night stay at a local bed and breakfast inn.
 
WHERE: Six local wineries: Stone Hill Winery, Adam Puchta Winery, Bias Winery, Hermannhof Winery, OakGlenn Winery and Röbller Winery. Maps are available at the Hermann Welcome Center and at each participating winery. (Chocolate and wine pairings at Stone Hill in Founders Room, Tasting Room #2.)

TICKETS: $30 per person. Souvenir "Hermann Wine Trail" glass included in ticket price. Limited number of advance tickets. Only 1,200 tickets available. STONE HILL WINERY FEATURE: White Chocolate Bread Pudding with White Chocolate Pear Sauce, paired with Vignoles.

Adam Puchta Winery: Coffee Cinnamon Cremet Tiramisu with Dark Chocolate Sauce, paired with Traminette.
Bias Winery: Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownie Babies, paired with Sweet Ambrosia.
Hermannhof Winery: Mocha Truffle Tartlets, paired with Norton.
OakGlenn Winery: "A Kiss of Chocolate Fantasy," paired with River View Red.
Röbller Winery: French Pastry with Chocolate Espresso Sauce, paired with Kasselfest.

WINERY TOURS: Tours are on the hour and half hour. Adults = $2.50. Ages 6-12 = $1.00. Preschool = Free. Saturday: Last tour at 5:30 p.m. Sunday: Last tour at 5 p.m.
