Young and old alike have been enjoying all things sausage at Hermann’s famous Wurstfest for more than a quarter century. The festival, held each year on the fourth weekend of March, combines a fierce competition among statewide sausage makers with fun events like the brat knot-tying contest and the wiener dog derby.
