We like to think of our New Florence winery as a quick shop with style. Located just north of Interstate 70 at Exit 175, it’s a fast and convenient way for travelers to enjoy Stone Hill’s great wines. Stop in for a quick purchase or stay a while and browse the gift shop.
We bottle our Champagne by hand at our New Florence facility.

We’re literally just a couple of minutes off the interstate.
Bottles must remain undisturbed for approximately one year while the wine ages on the yeast.
