Tours & Tastings
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Stone Hill Winery, built in 1847, is Missouri's oldest and most awarded winery and offers daily 30 minute tours. You can experience the largest series of underground arched cellars in North America, learning about our history and our award-winning wines along the way. Each tour ends in our tasting room where you will enjoy a chance to tickle your tastebuds sampling our wine and juices. Allow 30 minutes for the tasting as well as time to browse in our spacious gift shop or relax and sip by our wishing well in the atrium area. Our salesroom staff will help pack and load your purchases in your vehicle or bus.
Grapes to Glass Group Tour
Go behind-the-scenes for an unforgettable exclusive VIP winery tour with our expert winemaking staff where you will hear detailed information about the art of winemaking, as well as Stone Hill Winery's history. Tour areas off limit to the general public such as our press house, tank building, vineyard, as well as the cellars. Along the way, while interacting with our winemaker you will taste various wines including a special barrel or tank sampling paired with a snack of cheese, fruit and a dessert. Take home your free souvenir wine glass along with some great memories. (minimum of 25 people; maximum 45). Tickets: $25 per person.

Group Lunch or Dinner
Stone Hill Winery's Vintage Restaurant is in the original carriage house and horse barn on property and can accommodate your group for lunch or dinner. Our private dining room, the Carriage Room, can seat up to 50 people maximum (larger parties up to 300 can be catered by Vintage and accommodated in our Sherry House less than 500 ft away). Our group menus offer fresh, house-made flavors featuring German specialties and American cuisine. Option for groups with winemaker interaction.
