Concord Wine Punch
This recipe makes a great summertime cooler. If you like your drinks a little drier, you can use Stone Hill's Steinberg Red or Hermannsberger, too.
1/4 cup sugar
1 bottle (750 ml) Stone Hill Concord wine
1 large bottle lemon-lime soda
Slice the orange, lemon and lime. Marinate fruit slices for 24 hours in medium sugar syrup (1/4 cup sugar with enough water to cover the fruit slices). Squeeze juices out of the fruit. Fill a large punch bowl half full with cubed ice. Pour the Stone Hill Concord wine, lemon-lime soda and fruit juice syrup over the ice. Let stand for about one hour, then serve. One gallon of punch will yield approximately 40 servings.
