Holiday Turkey Paté

Wait! Don't throw out that leftover turkey yet. This employee family favorite wowed all of us at the winery and will no doubt do the same for you.  

Ingredients:
8 oz. cooked turkey
½ cup walnuts
½ cup pecans
3 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded 
1/3 cup green onions with tops, chopped 
½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. white pepper

In food processor, process first three ingredients with blade. Add Swiss cheese, then add green onions, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper. Process until blended. Do not over-process.

Garnish as desired and serve in pastry cups or on toasted slices of French or baguette bread.
