Bruschetta with Grapes and Goat Cheese

This is a great little appetizer recipe that’s super easy to prepare, with the flexibility to make as many or as few as you need. You might want to make a lot, though, because they taste so good they tend to disappear from the plate really fast.

Ingredients:
French baguette
goat cheese chévre
red seedless grapes
green seedless grapes
spray garlic butter
chiffonade of basil (basil cut into thin strips)

Slice French baguette into ½ inch thick slices. Spray individual slices with garlic butter; place in preheated 350° oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for a couple of minutes.

Spread goat cheese chévre on baggette slices; top with halved slices of red and green grapes. Garnish with a chiffonade of basil.
