As part of our monthly e-newsletter, our recipe section has proven to be a popular segment. Most of the recipes we've chosen to highlight so far have either been dishes created by our staff at the Vintage Restaurant or favorites from winery owner Betty Held's own recipe collection. Wine is a common ingredient among many of the recipes.
