PINK CATAWBA

BLEND INFORMATION: The fruity Catawba grape is the primary variety in the blend, with some white European-American hybrid grapes blended in. It is cold fermented to retain the fresh fruit aromas and flavors.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Harvested mid-September; Alcohol - 11.0%; Residual Sugar - 7.5%

TASTING INFORMATION: A fruity, light sweet rosé style wine full of the famous Catawba flavor. A great after dinner wine or perfect with cheese and fruit. Suggested retail price: $7.99 (750 ml)
