2010 STEINBERG WHITE
BLEND INFORMATION:
A German-style white wine vinted from fine European-American hybrid grape varieties, such as Vidal Blanc, Seyval and Vignoles. It's cold fermented to preserve the luscious fresh fruit aromas and flavors. 8,050 cases produced.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Alcohol - 11.9%; Residual Sugar - 2.8%
TASTING INFORMATION: A delicate, semi-dry German-style white wine similar to a Piesporter. A touch of natural sweetness makes Steinberg an ideal sipping wine or accompaniment to lighter dishes such as stir-fry, spicy sausage, quiche, smoked salmon and fresh fruit salad.
