BLEND INFORMATION: This fine dry white wine is produced from Vidal grapes grown in our hilltop vineyards. It's made only from the choice free-run juice, which is the richest, most flavorful juice. Fermentation and aging with oak adds rich flavors and aromas. 3,400 cases produced.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Harvested late-August, mid-September 2006; Alcohol - 13.1%; Residual Sugar - 0.4%
