2010 VIDAL BLANC

VARIETAL INFORMATION: This fine dry white wine is produced from Vidal grapes grown in our hilltop vineyards. It's made only from the choice free-run juice, which is the most flavorful juice. Fermentation and aging with oak adds rich flavors and aromas. 2,500 cases produced.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Harvested late-September 2010; Alcohol - 13%; Residual Sugar - 0.4%
