BLEND INFORMATION:
Warm Missouri summers, carefully tended vineyards, a complex blend of skillfully selected red grape varieties, moderately cool skin-fermentations and a touch of aging with oak all contribute to this wonderful wine. 5,800 cases produced.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Harvested mid-October; Alcohol - 13%; Residual Sugar - 0.2%
TASTING INFORMATION: Named after one of Stone Hill's first pre-Prohibition wines. Fresh, fruity aromas and a mellow palate structure make Hermannsberger the perfect dry red wine to enjoy young with pizza, pasta, steaks and burgers.
